“Amber "Nicky" Greene is simply the best. After my PCP left the clinic, I transferred to Nicky. I've never felt rushed during any appointment and always feel like she has my best interest at heart. She takes the time to listen and understand what the issue truly is. She is willing to be more progressive versus the traditional medical "standards" we are normally accustomed to. The staff that works alongside Nicky are some of the most friendly and caring nurses and employees I have met at the clinic.“

“We took our client here at urgent care for concerns. Her Doctor is here as well. The staff came out to tell us they were closed. We came back the next day and they remembered us and the other staff knew our client and were visibly concerned for her. The staff were so wonderful spoke to me and then to our client and spent time with her and showed her so much compassion it was unbelievable! Thank you Mercy for the Mercy Touch“
