My chest freezer went out after we had a blip in electricity recently. The staff at Iowa Appliance Center were so great! I was so stressed as was getting ready to freeze sweet corn this weekend and now no freezer, not to mention the food that was in the freezer! They even blocked off delivery time prior to me actually getting into the store to purchase. Delivery was amazing! They even took the broken freezer!!!! Highly recommend!
We went in for a new washer. From the minute we walked in we were treated so well. The guy that sold us our washer listened to exactly what we wanted and never tried to get us to spend more money. He was very knowledgeable and could answer all our questions. Then when our washer was delivered the 2 men that delivered it were so kind, quick and informative. They were talkative to me and made sure everything was perfect before they left. Very professional. I will never go any where else to buy an appliance.
