“As a new patient needing a veneer replacement for my front tooth I first searched online for dentists who specialize in veneers. Restoration Dental Center had a very high rating, and the comments were positive, so I chose them. I filled out a form online, which they sent me prior to the appointment - the standard questionnaire that new patients receive, which we’ve all filled out before countless of times when we’re seeing someone new for a medical nature. IE: (what are you allergic to, medications, etc) and one of the questions was how nervous are you of a dentist. I marked “very”. Upon entering the room for my 1st appointment, the first thing Dr. Shaw said to me was he understood I had a nervousness about dentists and he explained all the things they would do to assure me I would not be anxious. I was beyond shocked he had read my questionnaire, and actually took the time to reassure me he took it seriously. Impressive!
But above that - he also assured me he was very picky and would make certain my tooth would be done to match my other teeth and he’d get it done for me in a rushed time, because I had a trip I was going on in 2 weeks. He made good on everything! My tooth looks amazing! And I’m flying out on my trip with it completely done. I highly recommend Restoration Dental Center! Professional and Incredible work!“

“I have never been a fan of going to the dentist, but I had no other choice today. I reached out to an old friend Haley who I know has worked in the dental industry for awhile now. I messaged her at about 11pm Sunday (sorry i know that’s late) she replied to me right away when i woke up Monday, was able to get me in Monday but I choose to do Tuesday for my work schedule. Haley was just really quick, friendly, and just amazing to set things up with. Moving on I get to the office, the lady who greeted me and signed me in was extremely nice and helpful, the lady who did the X-Ray’s and everything else until the Doctor came was extremely nice and pleasant talking to. Moving on to the final person, the wonderful Denist… Morgan Dralle!!! I have known her Husband my entire life, and have known her throughout highschool. I was a little nervous seeing a dentist younger than me… BUT she did an AMAZING job, I felt comfortable the entire time, she was very intelligent, informative, and you can tell she cares about the people around her and of course the patients . All around what an amazing experience, can’t wait to recommend this place to family and friends and continue to come back. Thanks ladies!!!!“

“I went to diamond d dental for a cleaning. It is Nov I was due in August. Kaye was the tech. She did a wonderful efficiently and quick. I fractured my L2 vertebrae Aig 2 they took care of me and ensured I was not I. Pain and was not in the chair very long. Good job Kate“

“Excellent care of my issue. Dr. Walker greeted shortly after my arrival. After seated in the dental chair he questioned me regarding my problem. He looked over the area as came to a conclusion of what was needed to alleviate the problem.

Very relaxing while performing service of tooth extraction. Dr. Walker and his assistant were very pleasant while taking care of my issue. While performing extraction, Dr. Walker kept me verbally apprised of what was occurring. He used distractive verbal techniques when performing possible painful issues.
Dr. Walker ensured I had enough numbing so that the extraction location was not in any pain whatsoever.

Pain medication and infection prevention medication was provided along with detailed instructions by both him and his assistant.

I would recommend his services with great persuasion.“

“No one likes going to the dentist, but my experience with Family Smile Care Center has been great. Being the type of patient with major anxiety going to the dentist due to past dental trauma experiences, this place makes it a point to make sure you are comfortable. They even have adaptors for your devices if you want to listen to your music while you are getting work done. Even gave me a blanket to make sure I was comfortable. Dental Hygienist, Jessy, was awesome at being patient and gentle with my procedure. Has a great upbeat personality.

SUGGESTION: The only thing I would suggest from Family Smile Care Center is having posters on the ceiling of things like hidden objects, Where's Waldo, and things of that nature to entertain your Patients and help give them a distraction. You can only read an advertisement or a motivational poster so many times before you start counting the divots in the ceiling tiles to help as a distraction while someone is jabbing metal instruments into your mouth.“

At a time where finding a dentist in our area was close to impossible, I was lucky enough to find Dr . Jorge was accepting new patients as well as my dental coverage!
