“my experience started off on the wrong side due to Lowes scheduling a service with Appliance Tek. after a morning of research and a few emails and reviews I got the attention of the service depth. at Appliance Tek. spent a few minutes on phone with Sydney and after understanding it was Lowes that was my problem. I now have a service scheduled to fix my washer. Sydney was very nice and accommodating. “I went here to get a new belt for my Maytag dryer and the guy who waited on me had the belt but it was $80 so he started asking questions as to why I think I need a belt and when I told him that it makes a squealing noise when I first turn it on but then goes away . He told me that he was sure that the tension pulley was bad and that cost me $20 and he even gave me a small amount of high speed lube to lubricant the drive pulleys .
