JC was not only professional but also courteous and thinking outside the box. The screens on my porch were not done the typical way initially so JC and I had to talk thru our options and select an alternative method to be successful. If all your workers have the same imitative as JC then you will have a lot of happy customers.
We hired Ace Handyman’s service to install a storm door to our front entrance. Shawn R. arrived promptly. He got right to work , making sure to check instructions (as every door may be different). Shawn had to make a run to Menards for a extra piece to shim the edge, as our door was not quite wide enough. Even with that interruption, he was able to finish the job in the estimated time frame. I’m not saying the work was inexpensive, but to us, it was worth the expense. Shawn did an excellent job! Our storm door fits perfectly and closes nice & tight. We are very pleased with the outcome and will refer to Ace Handyman for other services as needed. Thank you!
First, I feel horrible for not remembering my handyguy's name. He was AWESOME. I had an odd situation where some time in the past my dryer vent was covered over. The location of the vent was difficult, but he managed to get a new vent put in. I am very pleased with the service and will use Ace Handyman Services again in the future.2/24/24 used them again. As usual, Joe was awesome. He installed the lights quickly and we are very happy with the result. I will use Ace Handyman for all my future needs.
