I was referred to PT for left hip pain, especially going up stairs & poor sleep due to hip pain. Riley challenged me with exercises for home & in the gym & I found out I could do more than I thought. As a result of the therapy, steps are less challenging & I have gained overall strength as well as much improved sleep. This is coming from a 78 year old woman who is active but never used a gym before.

I came into Ability due to a knee injury and some low back pain. During my visits the staff gave me very helpful exercises to build overall strength. The knee pain lessened as time went on and towards the end we shifted towards a focus on my core. I met with multiple providers to fit appointments into my schedule and they are all very encouraging and knowledgeable. Greg is very open about what needs to be done, how I got myself to the point of needing therapy, and pushed me to do the hard things. I came in experiencing bad vertigo and I am feeling much better after just a few sessions. I had significant improvement after the first session and continued to feel improvement working through the different exercises.
