Fantastic salon! I went here for the first time and everyone was extremely nice, friendly and welcoming. I don't think I was too clear with what I wanted so when I left I wasn't 100% satisfied with my hair however I contacted them the next day and expressed my concern and they were all so nice about it a got me in that same day and gave me exactly what I wanted and I'm soo thrilled with my hair now. They were actually grateful to have the opportunity to fix my hair, they really do strive to make sure every costumer loves their hair. I'll definitely be going back to them!

I'm so happy that Michelle is in Maquoketa again. I love that she always has great ideas for my hair because I'm not very decisive. Very friendly environment down at Pure! Can't wait to go back for my next appointment.

I was so happy to find out that Michelle is doing hair in Maquoketa I made an appointment for her first day at Pure! Her cuts are amazing - but her COLOR IS WOW. Oh, and the products she uses are awesome...and smell yummy too
