While we were saying our goodbyes to my father in law my mother in laws air conditioner went out. The house was hot and full of people. It was a Saturday so the office was closed when we called, but the answering machine gave Lee's personal number. He answered on the 2nd ring and came in less than 30 minutes. We couldn't be more appreciative and thankful for his kindness! Little does he know he gained a lot of new business that day! Everyone there took down his business number. Thank you Lee!

We had a 20 year old AC unit that stopped cooling early in May 2021, and they were able to fix it within half an hour of looking at it. August 2021 the compressor gave out, which was bound to happen. Within a week of them looking at it, we had a new one ordered, the day it arrived they had it installed and running within an afternoon. They were very nice, professional, and knowledgable.
