Awesome massages!! Emily listens to you and goes after the sore spots. I love her relaxing spa-like space in Maier Pharmacy. If you haven’t had a massage from her, you’re missing something special!! ❤️

We are so lucky to have Emily in Mapleton, Iowa. She is awesome! I have been having massages for over 20 years and she is one of the best. My sister-in-law from Denver, CO, came to visit and got a massage from Emily. She was very impressed and wanted to know if Emily would move to Denver so she could see her again. You only have to ask for or describe what hurts and Emily will help you in a kind, professional, knowledgeable manner.

Emily Sandvold is the owner and licensed massage therapist of Nurture Your Body Massage. She established her business in rural Mapleton, IA in 2012. She attended The Bio-Chi Institute in Sioux City, IA and became a licensed massage therapist in 2006. Emily has a passion for the healing arts especially when it comes to anxiety, depression, stress, and pain. Emily feels committed to doing everything she can for her clients so they can get the best possible outcome. She enjoys integrating different massage styles into sessions because she feels that one modality might not achieve the best solution. Enjoy a one of a kind massage with small-town hospitality.
