I absolutely love booking massages with Emily! She’s so attentive and pays attention to what your body needs. Highly recommend here every time someone talks about getting a massage.

We are so lucky to have Emily in Mapleton, Iowa. She is awesome! I have been having massages for over 20 years and she is one of the best. My sister-in-law from Denver, CO, came to visit and got a massage from Emily. She was very impressed and wanted to know if Emily would move to Denver so she could see her again. You only have to ask for or describe what hurts and Emily will help you in a kind, professional, knowledgeable manner.

Super cozy atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Relax and let Emily's healing hands bring you out of your pain and tightness. You can choose from a variety of services depending on how you feel each time. Sometimes she will know what you need better than you. I never knew cupping would be so beneficial, but when it is not necessary, she will not push services on you. Trust she has your best interests in mind...and body.

Emily Sandvold is the owner and licensed massage therapist of Nurture Your Body Massage. She established her business in rural Mapleton, IA in 2012. She attended The Bio-Chi Institute in Sioux City, IA and became a licensed massage therapist in 2006. Emily has a passion for the healing arts especially when it comes to anxiety, depression, stress, and pain. Emily feels committed to doing everything she can for her clients so they can get the best possible outcome.
