While I’m currently navigating challenges with my insurance provider over coverage—despite them performing an exterior inspection prior and me providing receipts—I’m hopeful they’ll make it right. Otherwise, I’ll be filing a formal grievance with the Iowa Insurance Division. On a much brighter note, I can’t say enough good things about **Hawk-I Home Improvement**. They were a true light during a frustrating time. From start to finish, they were professional, thorough, and patient. They walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what needed to be done. Once I got on their schedule, the turnaround was quick. I waited my turn, but the wait was not unreasonable—and it was absolutely worth it. They completed the entire roof in one day, painted the vent pipes, and left everything immaculate.
