Wonderful experience! I was thinking that our HVAC system was beyond hope and needing replacement, but thank you Jon for being professional and honest! He found the issue quickly and made the repair. When the day does come that my system goes out, I will not need to check anywhere else for pricing even. Loftus will always be my only “go to” for heating and ac. A++ Thank you! Jacob was very courteous respectful of are wants and needs. Jacob would explain what he was going to do and why. Matt helped remove the furnace and exhaust stack pieced in the shingles as if nothing was never there The area they worked in was always picked up and cleaned after they were done for the day. We would highly recommend Loftus heating Inc. .
