I purchased a new construction home that DRG did the plumbing work on. They have come to my home for every single connection and install that they did for one reason or another. loose toilets, leaks under every sink, kitchen sink drain installed improperly. I had a leaking shower head that they came out three times for. On the third visit, as I had told the technician before, it most likely is the cartridge behind the handle. He said no, it's something else and he wanted to tear out wall tiles to investigate. I insisted on the cartridge and what do you know, that fixed the problem. The only reason I kept returning to them is that it was under warranty. Now, they are saying that they are unable to satisfy my needs and I will have to pay for service calls. Even though the issues I am having are the same issues from day 1. If you do the job right the first time, you won't have to keep doing it over and over again. No worries DRG. You won't be welcome in my home ever again.

These guys are amazing! Been using them for over 8 years. Their technicians are always super nice and friendly, and they do great work!
