It was the first time in my life that I have to deal with an electrician so I was a little worried about that. Shawn showed up early and did his job very efficiently that I was all happy! His summary after work will also helped to deal afterwards to change the appliance that blowed up my outlet! Anyway, I will definitely used you guys next time too (hopefully in a long time ah ah)

WIREONE called me back 5 minutes after I visited their website. I explained in detail the work to a very nice young lady named Erin and everything we had talked about was on Jadyn's list. I was astonished, a phone rep that actually listened!Jadyn arrived 2 minutes early. While he was standing in my entryway he put on his shoe covers. I really appreciated that.I have 10 Outlets that need to be properly grounded or GFCIs installed inside, outside, and in the garage. Called in to trouble-shoot one problem with my furnace, resolved, and then my technician Ron further provided excellent & transparent --I have copies of all the work and files -- inspection and information about electrical and safety awareness issues. I then decided to have WIREONE update my smoke and carbon detection -- a safety issue I've been ignoring (my old smoke detectors were not working and were even incorrectly located). We also decided to put a surge protection on the power line coming into the house. My technician Ron was able to do that all in the same day, including removing the old disfunctional (non)alarms.
