Took my cat here for her first round of shots, to see how old she is, and just for an overall health check and it was the best vet visit I'd ever been to with any of my pets throughout my life. The professionalism was top notch, the way my cat actually responded positively to them until the time for shots arrived was amazing to see, and the place itself is pretty great.
Our cat was very sick, and other places we called couldn’t fit us in for at least a few weeks. When I expressed my concern to Knoxville Vet Clinic, they got us in next day. Turns out our cat wasn’t going to make it, and we were so fortunate that we could be seen the next day rather than wait for weeks and watch our cat continue to suffer. The compassion and care the doctor and nurse showed cannot be emphasized enough. They cared so much about us and our cat, even with it being our first time in the clinic. I would certainly return.
This vet clinic is AMAZING! I came in the morning as was offered refreshments while I waited! The vets and vet assistants are all great and very patient with their clients! I'll never go to a different vet again!
