This is the first time that I utilized a professional carpet cleaning company and I was very impressed with the services I received today! I sent a message to confirm my appointment and I received an immediate response this morning. The 2-man crew was going to arrive a little later than scheduled and they sent me a courtesy text message to let me know that they would arrive 30 minutes later than planned. They were efficient during their visit and gave instructions post-carpet cleaning. The carpets look great! I will definitely schedule another service in 6 months! Thank you!

This is my second pair of glasses in five years from Walmart. I will never go anywhere else ever again. I had always went to the same eye doctor here in town since I was a teenager, and have ALWAYS been prescribed stronger and stronger lenses EVERY SINGLE TIME I got new glasses. Five years ago I took my current prescription from that eye doctor to Walmart just to get glasses because they would cost well over $1000 at my then eye doctor. I decided to have Dr. Thibon do an exam too so he could compare each doctor’s prescriptions. When I showed him my script from my lifetime eye doctor, he said, “You do not need a prescription this strong.” I took his advice and went with what he prescribed, and the glasses were PERFECT! That was five years ago. Today, July 27th, is the second time my new glasses have actually NOT increased in strength, and Dr. Thibon is to thank! I pay less than half for everything compared to my former eye doctor. The staff are all very professional and friendly to me and everyone I know who goes there. I very much like to support local businesses, but I believe my vision was being deliberately destroyed for 40 years! My new glasses that I just got today, July 27th, are less strong than my previous ones, and everything is just perfect! I have absolutely NOTHING negative to say about anyone or anything from my Walmart Vision experience and purchase. I’m a forever customer!

It was THE best experience!!! The lady that did my mani pedi was AMAZING!!! She was so friendly and funny! They are so accommodating. The atmosphere is so relaxing and they have the largest selection of colors I have ever seen!

Raven deserves the world. I had a vague vision of how I wanted my hair to look and it came out even BETTER than I hoped. This was the first time I felt fully satisfied with a haircut and the dye! Raven was so so kind and constantly made sure I was doing okay. Since it was my first time going to this salon I didn't know how to book an appointment for what I wanted. Regardless, Raven still did the THING with my hair without having me block out the correct amount of time. Completely my fault and she didn't make me feel bad about it at all. I genuinely appreciate her accommodating me when you very much did not have to! I was a first time client so I can only imagine how she is with her loyal clients (which I will be from now on). I also want to compliment the staff! I had a few other stylists help out with drying/shampooing when Raven had other clients. So thank you to Ari, Sanaa, and Molly as well for being wonderful! The salon itself is big, well ventilated, and plays some BOPS. I was convinced they were playing my personal Spotify account somehow. Anyways I look amazing, everyone at Bang rocks, please go show them some love!!

Jenny in the Floral department went above and beyond. I ordered an arrangement for my stepmothers birthday. The next day Jenny calls me - told me my stepmother was looking at a wreath after she got off of work and seemed to really liked it. She was wondering if I wanted to get that instead since it was about the same price. I did and my stepmom absolutely loved it. Such a pleasant experience. :)
Amber is an absolute doll. She's so patient, and makes sure my hair is exactly what I want. I usually just get my bangs cut. She'll do them a couple times to make sure she doesn't take too much off. The only person I'll trust to do my bangs now.
I think this franchise a whole is very good. I have been to stores in Muscatine and Davenport as well. The girls are always very friendly, polite and welcoming.
