Chris, Shawn and Mitch are excellent to work with. The quality is impeccable. We have had several comments on how well built it is and these are contractors who see it all. The guided process was excellent. There are a lot of variables that can impact a build but the Griffith team pivots and moves forward. This home has been a dream for several years and we found the right homebuilder to make it happen!

That moment you leave for a 3 day weekend and turn down your furnace, just to find out when you get back you accidentally turned it off...but it is still 52 in the house in the dead of winter. Thanks for building us a warm house Chuck!
