I’m so glad all the previous reviews did not keep me away! I had the BEST experience today! I was greeted with a friendly smile and instead of jumping into frames I was asked about my insurance! I was created a plan that was affordable for me then we found frames that worked! So glad I went to Whylies today and can’t wait to get my glasses!!! Thank you!!

I’ve been going here and having my kids seen here for about three years. Dr. Williams is thorough and professional. I was most impressed with my recent visit with my 9-year-old daughter, however. She was prescribed glasses for the first time, and we were leaving to go out of town two days later. The staff made an extra effort to get her glasses finished before we left town rather than the week it usually takes, which meant my daughter could see the beauty of Colorado clearly. Thank you!!

A woman claiming to be the owner was a bit rude my first visit, and the doctor made changes to my prescription that were not working for me. Had to wait a week to even be seen. The second time had a different doctor who was much more friendly and clear about what was going on with my prescription and it’s being fixed. Pleased with it being less of a hassle than anticipated and the attitude of staff on this visit.
