As a new client, I was very impressed with the time Dr Lagan took to get to know my dog, who is afraid of strangers and new experiences. We spent a lot of time talking so she could understand Willow’s background and issues. The whole team was very patient and kind. I’ve had pets my whole life and have been to my share of veterinarians, but I have finally found my forever vet! Dr. RuPiper and staff is the absolute best I’ve ever experienced! I was very worried about my dog and the doc explained everything and discussed different options based on my ability to pay, as well as a plan of action. After two misdiagnosed visits to other vets, Dr. RuPiper took the time to figure it out and I truly felt that she spent the whole afternoon to really dig into my dog’s symptoms, even calling me multiple times to ask questions. This was my first visit for my new pet. All staff were attentive, warm, knowledgeable and polite. Dr. Sarah Lagan was wonderful! I look forward to many years of them guiding me through the best care for my sweet little dog!
