I moved to Jefferson a couple of years ago. Wanting to find a veterinarian closer than where I was going before. (Previously lived in Huxley and still seeing a vet in Ames) I am always anxious about starting to go to a new vet clinic as my cats mean the world to me. As luck would have it the cat distribution system blessed me with another cat that wandered into work. They were able to see her that evening to get checked out as they have later evening hours! I was greeted with friendly smiles and felt welcomed from the start from all the staff. Christy is amazing! Had Bob in for a vaccination, nails trim, ear clean out, and wellness check up. Dr. Fields and the vet aids did a fantastic job in caring for Bob. A sample of a different cat food was given to Bob to help with his dental needs.
(shy girl)very nice staff...facility was clean and organized. this was our first visit but will continue to use them for our pet care.(stormy)our aussie was skiddish going in ... the staff was excellent trying to gently get her to warm up to them. the staff are friendly and do a great job! i am glad we found someone close that we can trust with our pets.
