I needed to find a veterinarian clinic for our dogs since moving to Iowa for their health check up and immunizations and in order to have them stay at a kennel when I'm traveling out of town. I made an appointment at Veterinarian Associates in Iowa City as the waiting time for new customers wasn't too long.The clinic staff was excellent and very friendly, polite, and professional. The technician truly enjoys dogs and made our dogs feel very comfortable and at ease. The veterinarian was also great and had a great bedside manner while examining our dogs. Veterinary Associates has provided my golden the best, affordable care in iowa city for 2 years now. He recently ingested some medicine he wasn’t supposed to and when I called to ask for advice they were so patient and helpful. They even called the next day to ask how he was doing. I really appreciate that any time my dog needs some type of medication or new food, they always walk me through all of the potential options, instead of just recommending the most expensive one like many vets do. I will continue to trust them with my fur baby.
