Gentle Heart Pet Clinic is a compassionate and kind veterinary clinic. The staff, led by Dr. Mary and Dr. Ebert, provide exceptional care and education to pet owners. They take the time to answer questions and address concerns, and their pricing is fair and affordable. The clinic's warm atmosphere, complete with office cats, makes for a welcoming experience for pets and owners alike.
I took my chihuahua here and was very happy with the care. The staff took time to explain medication regimens and best practices to keep my dog in a healthy weight, good health, and good oral care. They were transparent and helped us improve our home routine in order to avoid unnecessary teeth cleanings by keeping his teeth tartar free on our own. I love going here and it reminded me of my favorite vet clinic from my home town. I would definitely recommend it to others. Cost is very reasonable and they are forward any additional costs before doing testing.
I appreciate the system that allows us to wait in the car until it is time to go in. It really helps keeps the anxiety of my dog down. He is much calmer when going in. The vet is very friendly and respects my dog without providing unnecessary intimidation. She is honest about what is needed to help keep us informed and educated on recommendations for small dogs. After advising commercial tick prevention over the Lyme disease vaccine, I did more research and was so grateful for her advice. She knew what she was talking about!
We LOVE the Gentle Heart Pet Clinic. Dr Mary is very kind and compassionate. She answers all of our questions, and listens to our concerns. She is quick to educate us on how to better care for our dog. The whole staff at this clinic is just so wonderful. I look forward to continuing have Dr Mary as out veterinarian.
