I have been working with Kim since the beginning of the year for Pelvic Floor Therapy related concerns associated with pregnancy. Every single time I have gone to an appointment I have been welcomed by name with a smile by the ladies at the front desk. If I have ever had a scheduling issue, it has been easy to get ahold of somebody to reschedule both via a phone call and through text when needed. My needs for physical therapy are being met with every visit and it is nice to know I’m just a name on a schedule when I go there, which can sometimes happen with larger businesses. I always feel listened to with Kim, she makes personalized programs for me based on where I am with current strength training, and always look forward to my appointments. If you’re in the Iowa City area and hoping to find a wonderful physical therapist, Team Iowa is chalk-full of them and the facility is in such a convenient location, is clean, professional, and a nice environment to start to heal in! This place is absolutely amazing and my son loves going there. He has made so much progress with PT for his mild Cerebral Palsy. They encourage him every time we are there and they all talk football with him which he loves. Thank you to everyone who works here.
