Tattoos by Kelsey is a local artist who provides a great experience. She does a fantastic job and her work is amazing, often turning simple ideas into beautiful pieces of art that get complimented. She is an absolute joy to work with, incredibly personable, friendly, and downright cool. She makes clients feel comfortable and safe, walking them through the process and giving the best instructions for care. She is excellent at responding and working with you until you have exactly what you want. Many clients trust her artistic process, book again, and can’t wait to get more pieces from her in the future.
I had such a great experience with Kelsey. Before I went to her I had gotten all of my tattoos in Chicago but I really wanted to find a local artist to start going to now that I've lived in Iowa City for so many years. I'm so glad I ended up going to Kelsey. She did a fantastic job and was so sweet to work with. I've already got my next tattoo with her booked which I can't wait for!
Kelsey has been an absolute joy to work with! She did my first tattoo, which were some flowers on my ribs and just recently added onto the original ones with three new ones! Not only has she been easy to contact, she is incredibly personable. She walked me through the process the first time and gave the best instructions for how to take care of my tattoos so they heal properly and stay fresh. I love working with Kelsey and I can’t wait to get more pieces from her in the future!
