“I cannot say enough good things about this home-away-from-home for your dog! I don't have grandkids. I have granddogs---and I love them like crazy! My son and his wife got Daisy a few months ago. She had been through a lot, and had a lot of anxiety. They adopted her at the beginning of shelter-in-place during the pandemic. This was great, because it helped Daisy to spend lots of time with her pack (and extended pack!). They are both back to work and faced a huge decision--leave her home alone (which she didn't tolerate well at all) or consider a doggy day care option. We found Bounding Hounds and I can unequivocally say that you can't find a better place for your dog. They are all incredibly knowledgeable and they care about YOUR dog. The owner, Loren, is incredible. After her second day, he spent time talking to us about how to work with her at home to reinforce some of what they have been doing with her. I am a psychologist--his recommendations were so spot on. Here is the kicker--remember, this dog is a "nervous Nellie"--when we dropped her off, as soon as they opened the gate, she SPRINTED off and never looked back! She was so happy to see us--but at the same time, tried to follow Loren back inside. The fact that she is so happy there speaks VOLUMES to me. Finding a place for your dog is like taking your child to daycare---it is so hard to do. Talk to them. These guys are incredible. You won't regret it!“

“This place is the best! The owner is super friendly. We love the self-service dog wash, which has helped us get our doggos clean many times! Yesterday (which was a Sunday) I had a grooming emergency. Our large Pyrenees mix had gotten lose and was covered mud and enormous clumps of sticky burrs. I spent an hour trying to wash him and clip out the burrs in the self-service wash and he was still a complete mess. I went inside as soon as the shop opened and was able to talk to their groomer, Taylor. She was able to take our pup right away and shaved him down so all the burrs were gone. I felt extremely lucky to be able to get the help I needed so quickly on a Sunday. Taylor and Muddy Puppy saved the day for us!“
