Although the management offered one day of rent as compensation, the tenant felt that the inconvenience was worth more. Despite this incident, another tenant has lived in a PACE Property Management property for two years without any negative experiences. They commend the employees for their hard work in maintaining the property and their dedication to addressing and resolving issues promptly.
