A HUGE shoutout to Kim Zapf for making my first Botox appointment one to remember! I was nervous about my appointment, but Kim went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. She listened to my wants and needs—which is a rarity these days! Kim walked me through the entire process, being extremely thorough with her work and paying attention to all the details. Kim truly is a gem and is fantastic at what she does, and I would not trust my face with anyone else! I left feeling confident and beyond happy with the results.
