We had Dudley Bros remodel our basement and they did a great job. After getting multiple quotes and estimated start dates a year away they were the most affordable, responsive to what we actually wanted, and quickest. Would recommend.

Dudley Brothers put in a new bathroom for us on our main level beginning in February 2020. They did many other projects along with this: removed a wall, a couple of windows and patching, re-constructed and finished poor work left behind by someone else, roofing, installed flooring in bathroom & kitchen, custom made cabinets and improved electrical/plumbing situation in our 1910 home. Lorin was an excellent communicator from start to finish. Jamake & John's workmanship was stellar and the quality of their work was outstanding! Did a very professional job installing some windows. Easy to work with. Gave me cost effective options for my rental house. Nice finishing work and didn't leave a mess when they were done. A lot of contractors in Iowa City (maybe everywhere) are flakey. These guys were top notch with showing up when they were supposed to and keeping in good contact. Their prices were fair and on par with other estimates I received. Two years later and the windows are still looking great.
