My first time going to Avenson - Kala was the stylist. The salon is a very welcoming atmosphere, relaxing, clean, and comfortable.I texted to see if any availability today and heard back quickly from the owner who was able to schedule me with Kala same day. ?Kala was super awesome! She explained everything about the process, reasons behind why she'd recommend one thing vs another. Listened to what brought me in, what kind of style I was thinking about and gave me very helpful tips if I go that route at any point, discussed the products she uses and why. I went to Olivia B for blonde highlights and it was probably the best color I have ever gotten. She was so detail-oriented and blended my roots so perfectly. I am so impressed, and love my hair!! And the customer service was excellent from booking my appointment to the head massage while getting my hair shampooed! I live in California, and will literally fly back here to have Olivia do my blonde highlights!
