We used this service last spring related to a problem with ants and the results were great. It was easy to set an appointment with a simple phone call. If we have other pest concerns in the future we'll definitely call Alias The Bugman's team.

I will start by saying the whole team is professional, prompt and friendly. We moved into a house that had been vacant for a while and keeping up with removing the outside cobwebs (and spiders) was a pain.We originally wanted to get a termite inspection and preventive treatment, but Jane was so wonderful at providing all the information we needed, that we ended up also signing up for the quarterly recurrent pest treatment services.Communication is excellent and we also love the fact that (at least for indoors - recurrent pest treatment) they are using an organic concoction that is safe for pets.This is information Jeremy provided (along with other useful bits) on the...read full review
