Had w&h come out to do a minimum fill. Some how their driver made the mistake of filling the whole tank. Now I'm stuck with their 1000$ extra I have to pay them because of their drivers mistake. Will never use them again
Had a bill of $262 dollars with W&H that I was unaware of because I sent in a direct deposit slip so they would deduct my bills right out of my bank account (spoke with them about this- they sent me the form- I returned it). I never received a statement in the mail or a phone call from them. They then files a civil suit on me and I called confused as I didn't realize I had a bill. I paid the bill and they are now charging me $350 in filing fees. (first of all that is way over the average cost of filing fees- know this because I process them not because I have experience with not paying my bills, second they never told me I had a bill outstanding and never took it out of my bank account as they were supposed to.) So now I have fees larger than the bill I originally had for something that is their fault. When I tell you I NEVER leave reviews I mean it but in this case I couldn't just sit by and do nothing because I had to pay their ridiculous fees. The kicker is while on the phone with Amy Crawford the office manager she told me they were coming to get the tank that we OWN! She was rude, wouldn't answer my questions directly, and clearly didn't know what she was talking about. Switching my provider of propane AND paying more to do so just so I don't have to deal with these people anymore. My Delivery driver Bill is the only good thing I have had experience with from W&H. He is the only reason they get a star... and google won't let me post without at least one star I guess.
I recently added a solar system to my home. I was informed that I would build credits in the spring and summer. Here are the facts. I create power and send it to the grid, in turn WHE sells the power I make back to me at a cost of .094 a KWH. The credit I get is .0175 a KWH an hour. Everyone wants clean energy right? So trying to be a trend setter and assist yet the system is rigged. I have lost money on this project and will only see a real credit if I disconnect from the thieves at WHE! So the power I send to the grid, they sell back to me for .094/ WHE did not make the power, yet they take my power and create a fee to sell my power back to me! They also charge a $22.17 grid access fee which is $22.17! They also charge a $300 fee for having solar! So my credit after spending over $30,000 dollars the month of March was, wait for it, $6.29. I will be losing money in July because they will sell me back my power at three times the cost because of summer months. This review is a buyer beware of Solar Power in Wright/Hennepin Coop. They will steal your power and sell it back to at market rate. One more thing to consider, is that you have to add an insurance binder with WHE name on your policy! Most insurers won't do that as I found out after installed. AAA insurance could no longer insure my house so I had to pay for a higher insurance company. The absurdity and greed of power companies is inconceivable and plan to push my story to every politician and news organization. There is no wrath like the one of the little guy being pushed down with a foot on the back. Change needs to happen and my voice will be loud! Screw job central from the local power company, I hope they like this review as they read it from the ivory towered offices!
