“Cutter construction removed and replaced our driveway which included leveling it out more. They also replaced our culvert which had collapsed. They were willing to spend a lot of time talking out the details and coming up with a plan. During construction, they communicated well and did a great job. They were very professional. They were flexible when items appeared (like in all construction projects) and helped work through them. They really pay attention to the details in their work. “We were referred to Paul with R&P Construction from another local contractor back in February. I requested a quote from Paul by phone to replace our wooden soffitt (DIY by the previous homeowner...) with aluminum. He called me and texted me to let me know he got my message, and he emailed me the quote within a few days. He was very reasonably priced and great at communicating (which I love from any contractor!!). They were able to come today (4/21/2020) and do the work. He had a few guys with him and they replaced our soffit within two hours of arriving. It looks incredible!! SUCH an improvement. The crew cleaned up after themselves and Paul was very kind to speak with. I hope we get to hire them again for other projects in the future! Would definitely recommend to others.“

“I was having a difficult time rounding up contractors to repair my severly damaged home following the August 10, 2020 Derecho. When Chavis Nissly, general manager of King Construcion, left his business card at my house. He arranged to remove the large tree from my roof, replaced the sheet rock from the ceilings and walls in the livingroom, hall, bedroom, and family room. Flooring in the livingroom and family room was also replaced. Furthermore, one of the best things he did was deal with my insurance adjuster. The adjuster and I didn't speak the same language, but Chavis did. I look forward to working with King Construction inii the spring when they replace the siding on the whole house.
