Cannot thank munson electric enough. I own a small business in Cedar Rapids. I had an emergency and needed help right away, the friendly gentlemen was at my store in 15 minutes and solved my issue quickly so we could re open for the day. Thank you!!!
The service was great, but the billing follow-up was unprofessional. I recently bought my first home and had a Tesla charger installed in March 2024. I updated my phone number with the rep, which caused a minor delay, but the work was completed. However, I didn't receive a bill or any communication for over a month! I even left a voicemail, but got no response.
On the morning of my birthday, July 12th, a guy named John showed up at my home at 8:44 AM, banging on the door and asking for me. I was in the shower, so my fiancé informed him. Josh was the technician/project manager I spoke with. Provided me with a reasonable quote within 48 hours. Extremely quick turnaround time. I will definitely be using this company again and hopefully work with Josh again.
