“Premier Plus Team did an excellent job installing a roof replacement on my house. The company is from Iowa. At first, I was skeptical about how they would do the job where I live in Missouri. Lawrence Triplett, the salesman, was courteous, explaining how they work. My husband and I agreed to go with them on March 22nd. The materials were dropped off on May 14th. Due to the rainy weather, the crew post was postponed until Saturday, May 18th. They came early to work, around 7 am. The production manager, Rich Bryan, came in person to see the work and coordinate things progressing. He kept us updated on what they do. We are delighted with our new roof and will use their service again.“

They were with us the whole way battling insurance. 18 months after derecho we finally got approved for our roof, another year after that we got siding replaced for half our home inspite having elite coverage. The office staff was welcoming, encouraging and assisted with any questions we had. Heck the owner called us one day when he was about to board an airplane. Once the ball rolled things went fast! The project manager kept us posted and the crew were very friendly as well as doing a wonderful job! Hopefully we won't need any repairs in the future, but if we don't we will be calling DIVISION 7!
