My neck was giving me trouble. I phoned and although they where pretty busy I still managed to get in same day without too much of a wait.She honed right in to my sore stiff neck and kept working untill she'd freed it up.I will definitely be returning. I do recommend calling first.The girl on the phone had good English, my therapist, not so much but enough to get by.Update. I have been here regularly for the last 6 months and I still prefer to walk in, or call the same day, but last time I tried everyone was busy. I still managed to get an awesome 15 minute chair massage which soothed my neck, and will tide me over until I can get a full 60 mins in.
