Was hired by the general contractor to install carpet in 3 bedrooms and on steps. Finished all but 1 bedroom stating he needed some tapcons to finish tack strips and would be back in 2 days to finish this was the second week of July. He then went to contractor stating he was done and was paid. Calls to Henry by contractor went unanswered so I called and he said he had been sick but would be out be the end of the week ( now end of first week in August) another no show, my wife called him and he said to give him to the the 12th and another no show called him Friday afternoon 8/12 at 3:30 asked him again he began swearing and hung up.Service: Carpet installation
