We selected Nate as our listing agent after interviewing agents from 3 different agencies, and we are thankful we selected him. Nate spent time with us to understand our situation and offered a lot of helpful insight on what he thought would be the best decisions for our situation. Throughout the entire process, he did a good job of helping us to see things through the eyes of the buyer and gave the considerations for why or why not we should do something. He walked through our home and made recommendations both on updates that would be helpful in getting a quick offer, and also offered insights on how to best stage the house for the showing. We did everything Nate told us and it paid off. We had 13 showings and 2 full price offers within two weeks of listing the house!
