First, I have seen the work he has done with new install HVAC units. Not my home but close friends. We only met in passing. I just needed someone to answer my question about wiring a thermostat unit in our house, more wires than I was comfortable with. I was ready to pay for his advice. It was late in the afternoon and I didn't have a working furnace. Sent a picture of the connection he told me where I had made a mistake. I Fixed my screw up, he went back to work, NO CHARGE. I felt a little dumb. I had blown a fuse. But I'm very happy to find a trades person who can give a moment of time. Random act of kindness, maybe just helping out. Someone in need. ? THANKS
