Maytag Laundry & Tanning

One of the least pleasant experiences of RVing I think is having to use a public laundromat. We have a portable washer that we use with success but many times we have to use a laundromat. I must say the one in Grinnell has got to be the finest one we’ve ever been in. The machines are clean after each use by a person that’s actually attending the laundromat. pleasant personable. All the machines worked, and it was reasonably priced. Thank you for a great experience, even in a laundromat.

I am sure glad to know that we have Matag laundry in town when either my washer or dryer has mechanical issues! I always know I have a place to go to get my laundry done. They keep it clean and are always very polite. I've also used the tanning beds. They are great!

Clean! Friendly staff, not as busy as I expected. The large commercial washer is $5.25 a load, the regular size top loading machines are $2.25 a load. All dryers are $.25 per 5 minutes and it takes about $2 (40 minutes) to dry a large load.
