Victor L. came out to start up the system and ran into problems. He immediately used some spare parts to finish the job and got it working. We have used T&T for several years previously and will use them again in the future
T&T sent Edder to help start up my irrigation system. He was very easy going and a great communicator. He helped me understand how my system works and he took the time to assess and adjust several faulty sprinkler heads. He dug into the ground to replace a couple and he showed me the whole process. A true gentleman!
I have nothing but great things to say about my service with T&T over the last few years. Office staff is very friendly and techs are great. Today I had Edder do my annual startup and the service was outstanding. He repaired a few lines that were cut by my internet company when burying the line and was very careful to make sure the internet line wasn’t cut in the different areas of my yard. He also made a few upgrades that were needed. Fantastic overall. Solid work Edder!
