Royce went above and beyond. My water heater got tripped over the weekend and Royce was out Monday afternoon. He explained what happened and what I can do in the future to avoid a service charge for a simple fix. He then asked me if I had any other concerns. I told him my bathroom leaks into my basement. He throughly examined and explained why that was happening. He then gave me options of remodeling the bathroom, and gave me tips how I could replace my toilet on my own. A wonderful being, and not a greedy one.

We are so impressed with Golden Rule! Our yearly maintenance checks have always gone smoothly and professionally. This year we replaced both the furnace and the AC. The installation was flawless. They were done two hours ahead of schedule.! We had new carpet installed downstairs a month earlier. The basement was spotless after the install! The WiFi thermostat was failing to hook up to our WiFi and Golden Rule was ALL over it! We appreciate the time and effort they put in to making sure we were satisfied. Matt and his crew were professional and answered all my questions. I knew the amount so there were no hidden fees. The finished job looks amazing and clean. I highly recommend using Golden Rule.
