Craig and his team with Firstcall did an amazing job with water mitigation in my home after a 2nd story washer leaked through floors and ceilings. They were very informative of the process and worked quickly. What most blew me away was how clean they left everything. We had ceilings and floors removed and when I returned home there was not a speck of dust. The team was also very empathetic to our situation and helped ease our mind during a difficult week. I had a leak in my roof, like the size of a pen maybe. so I called my Insurance because I couldn't find it. They like to work with Firstcall in grimes. The nicest guy KELLAN came out that day and looked. He said if i cut a hole in ceiling and see if I can find it no charge. I couldn't find it. He came back out found it and circled it and said just put tar on it for now, It's a band-aid. It's worked perfect and we fixed the ceiling. KELLAN was very open and honest.
