“Less Chiro more physical therapy. Some chiropractors can be a little nutty with adjustments being a cure all. Dr. Tyler with Active Wellness is just a well rounded good dude. I go in after a hard gym workout, or a hard climbing session and I get some active recovery therapy, scraping if I want. Also offers cupping and needling but haven't dated to try yet. Big fan.“
