Initially, I wasn't sure if this company serviced West Omaha, so they were not my first call. After a few calls, and bad customer service from other HVAC companies, I decided to call and inquire. Jordan answered on the first call, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to give me a price over the phone for the particular service I was needing. He scheduled me right away, the crew were very friendly and efficient, and cleaned up nicely when completed. Jordan did an amazing job! Our ac went out and Jordan was able to determine that the original company that installed it put in too small of a coil. Jordan was able to get the right size coil and installed and we were up and running in a matter of a couple hours! He's very professional and explains what he is doing.Service: A/C system repair
