Initially, I wasn't sure if this company serviced West Omaha, so they were not my first call. After a few calls, and bad customer service from other HVAC companies, I decided to call and inquire. Jordan answered on the first call, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to give me a price over the phone for the particular service I was needing. He scheduled me right away, the crew were very friendly and efficient, and cleaned up nicely when completed.
