“Classes at Sovereign have been a tremendous help for my son. We were running out of options for ways to help with his behavior issues and martial arts was a last minute “let’s try it”. The improvement I’ve seen in his attitude has been CRAZY! He finally has somewhere to channel his aggression. He comes home and shows me the things he has learned and is so proud of himself. 10/10 would recommend this place over and over again!!!“
