When my Alienware laptop started making noise and vibrating badly, I took it to Ashley and Mark. They diagnosed the problem in minutes and ordered the parts. Close to the holidays they regretfully told me parts would be 2 weeks+. Mark continued to search for a different supplier. Four days later, in the afternoon, the parts were in and they called telling me to bring it in and I'd have it back that day! Though I ran late getting there they stayed open and finished the job so I had minimal down time. Can't say enough about their customer service, professionalism, expertise, and fair pricing. These folks are a true asset to Fort Madison and the entire tri-state area.

Sarah is wonderful. I was so nervous when I moved to Iowa it always takes so long to find someone I trust to cut my hair Sarah listens and gives advice on what would be best for my hair. She has nerve disappointed me I brought my friend in because every time he got his hair cut they used clippers. Sarah also listened to him and does an excellent job. We have both found our hairdresser??
Corrine did a FANTASTIC job on my shellac pedi today. She was so gentle which made it very relaxing. Love the magnetic design Sheri suggested.?
