Even with miscommunications/misunderstandings (on both ends---sorry!) we were able to get problems solved in a timely manner to help ensure we were happy with our product! Brian was extremely helpful when coming to our home, as well as with followup after installation. Will be calling Brian again for additional projects/problems in the future!
