Jacob and his associate did a great job on our carpets. They were friendly, informative, punctual and reasonably priced. He was also concerned my dog was secure because of the their need to come and go out of the house while cleaning the carpets. Very thoughtful.
Our carpets look great now that they have been cleaned! They also smell amazing. They are great with answering questions and they get you in right away. We will have them back again!
Called for a basement carpet cleaning and Jacob was able to make it out the very next day! Not only was communication great, but the service itself was as well!! I’ve had my carpets previously cleaned by another local business and they did not do nearly as good of a job as Onit!Services: General carpet cleaning
