They were going to send another company that wouldn’t be able to fit us in until the next day. It is in the middle of winter and the high is 22f so we needed someone to come over as soon as possible. AHS were able to have Advanced Air Mechanical to come within the few hours of request. Shawn was our mechanic and he was very polite and thorough. He informed us that we are going to need a new furnace and it could take a few days per the home warranty mercy. So we would still be without heat until this is taken care of but I wanted to should out an appreciation for the prompt response and attention to our need to at least get something started rather than waiting around for another 24 hours to find out what was wrong with the furnace.“
