We primarily clean up and correct the messes created by other contractors or DYI projects gone wrong. The more difficult and challenging the situation, the more we like the job - and the more it costs. As such, we most likely will be the most expensive contactor you have ever considered - that is - if you can hire us. Thus if price is even remotely an issue to you, we are definitely not your contractor. We maintain a fairly full schedule with our in-house projects and training of other contractors in building science and building code subjects. The addition of any outside project is considered on a case-by-case basis. We give preference to past customers and referrals over new customers. Now go do something fantastic & make it a great day.
